Prep: 5 min. • Cook: 10 min. • Serves: 4-6 Ingredients:
Directions: In a medium saucepan on medium-high heat, add salt, potatoes and enough water to cover the potatoes. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 8-10 minutes, or until desired tenderness. Remove potatoes from heat and drain. Add milk, butter and horseradish to potatoes and mash with potato masher. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot. |
