Prep: 10 min. •  Cook: 3 ½ hours •  Serves: 4


  • 24-28 oz. Potato Inspirations™ potatoes, cut in ¼-inch thick slices (Recipe favorite: Honey Gold)
  • 1 ham steak, cut into ½-inch cubes
  • 1 can (10 ¾ oz.) condensed low-sodium cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ soup can of water
  • 1 ½ tsp. Italian herbs


Layer potatoes and ham in slow cooker.

In medium bowl, combine soup, water, Italian herbs and cheddar cheese. Pour over potatoes and ham. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 ½ hours or until potatoes are fork-tender.
