  • 1 bag Potato Inspirations potatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1.5 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley (or 1.5 tsp. dried parsley)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste



Add salt, potatoes and enough water to cover the potatoes in a medium saucepan and cook over medium-high heat. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 10-15 minutes or until desired tenderness.

When potatoes are done cooking, drain and add butter and parsley. Stir until butter is melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
