  • 24 oz. of 1-bite Potato Inspirations potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 ¾ tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. fresh rosemary leaves, chopped (or 2 tsp. dried)
  • Salt and pepper to taste



Preheat oven to 450-degrees. Toss potatoes with garlic, olive oil, rosemary and salt and pepper. Spread on a cookie sheet and roast in oven for 20 minutes or until just tender.
