  • 1 bag Potato Inspirations potatoes
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary (or ¾ tsp. dried rosemary)
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper



Preheat oven 400-degrees.

In medium bowl add potatoes, olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Place potatoes on rimmed baking sheet. Place baking sheet in middle of oven and roast for 12-15 minutes or until desired tenderness. Serve hot.
