Ingredients

24 oz. Potato Inspirations® potatoes
¼ c. creamy jalapeño, sauce
2 tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese
¼ c. fully cooked diced bacon
1 fresh jalapeño, sliced

Instructions

Microwave potatoes until tender, about 7 minutes. Place potatoes in bowl, drizzle with creamy jalapeño sauce, top with cheddar cheese and sprinkle with diced bacon and sliced jalapeños.
