  • 24 oz. Potato Inspirations® potatoes
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary or ¾ tsp. dried rosemary
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper


  • Preheat oven 400-degrees. In medium bowl, add potatoes, olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Place potatoes on rimmed baking sheet. Place baking sheet in middle of oven and roast for 12-15 minutes, or until desired tenderness. Serve hot.

Air-Fryer Instructions

  • Add coated potatoes to air-fryer. Cook at 400-degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until fork tender.
