  • 24 oz. Potato Inspirations® potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  • Preheat oven to 450-degrees. Toss potatoes with garlic, olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Spread on baking sheet and roast in oven for 20 minutes, or until just tender.

Recipe Tips

Feel free to substitute 2 teaspoons dried rosemary for fresh rosemary if you prefer.
