3c.Potato Inspirations® potatoes, diced
2stalkschopped celery
1mediumdiced onion
2tsp.chicken bouillon
½tsp.black pepper
½tsp.salt
2c.water
¼c.butter
¼c.flour
2c.milk (2% or whole)
Green onions, chopped (optional garnish)
Bacon, cooked & crumbled (optional)
Instructions
Cook potatoes, celery, onion, bouillon, pepper, salt and water in medium-sized saucepan over medium heat until tender. In separate skillet, melt the butter. Add in flour gradually and stir over medium heat until bubbly. Add the milk and stir over medium heat until thickened. Add to soup and stir thoroughly. Add green onions and bacon for garnish, if desired.
